We take great care to get your VidaRock delivered to you quickly, safely and affordably.  Orders will usually ship within 2 business days from when the order is placed. We use a variety of carriers (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Freight & Regional Carriers.) depending on the destination, location and size of the order.  Expedited & International shipping are available upon request.  Please email us the item# and destination address for international and express shipping services.
